Tours take place every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tours take ca. 100 minutes; entry permitted only with a guide, starting at the top of the hour – meeting spot in the ticket sale point in Welcome Centre building.
We encourage all organized groups to contact us at recepcja@starakopalnia.pl or by calling 74 667 09 70. We will help you choose a suitable date and time for your visit.
We also offer tours with English- and German-speaking guides, to be booked in advance.
You can also rent an audio guide in English, German, and Czech.
