Tours take place every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tours take ca. 100 minutes; entry permitted only with a guide, starting at the top of the hour – meeting spot in the ticket sale point in Welcome Centre building.
Last entry at 4 p.m.; in summer (July and August) on Saturdays and Sundays – at 5 p.m.

We also offer tours with English- and German-speaking guides, to be booked in advance.
You can also rent an audio guide in English, German, and Czech, for the price of PLN 5.
